All orders are prepay only. Provence Home accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discovercard, American Express and company check. Only damaged or defective merchandise is permitted for return. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. All claims for loss, damage or defects must be reported to Provence Home within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims for loss cannot be honored if the original shipping carton is not retained for inspection by FedEx. A returned package will be refused if a return authorization number provided by Provence Home is not labeled on the outside of the package. Unless instructed otherwise, Provence Home will backorder any items not in stock at time of shipping. Customer will pay all costs which arise as a result of not being available to receive delivery of our shipments.
